"Cotton Candy"
This piece is one of my favorites by far! I wanted to feature two bright and vibrant colors that would allow the cotton candy aesthetic come to life. What makes this piece pop even more is the silver foil carefully placed throughout the center of the canvas. This process took several hours as the foil is not laid flat on the canvas but rather tiny pieces of foil is scrunched up into smaller pieces, and then individually placed on, allowing it to protrude from the canvas for that 3D effect. White speckled paint is splattered in the back to bring everything together. Enjoy!
